Cartofi copti cu moare

Uite asa ne revenim noi p’aci prin Ardeal dupa o tura de sarbatori.

Spalam bine niste cartofi potriviti ca marime si ii punem la copt in cuptor.

Dupa vreo 40 minute se scot portii cat mancati odata, restul raman la cald in cuptor pana vor fi serviti.

Se rup cartofii in doua, se ung bine cu unt si se servesc cu un pahar mare de moare – zeama de varza murata.

V-am pastrat si voua o portie, in caz ca v-am facut pofta πŸ™‚

    Si la Craciunul nostru a fost cerere si consum mare din felul asta de mancare, …. cred ca pe viitor tre’ sa-l includ in meniu. Multa sanatate!!!

        πŸ™‚ eu am invatat din experienta ca orice contine sfecla rosie e medicament curat … am fost racita strasnic de curand, si, din absoluta intamplare, am facut bors in care am pus sfecla rosie, chestie care mi-a calmat fierbinteala din plamani imediat.
