Mic dejun

De obicei duminica mergem la bazin, asa ca azi aveam nevoie de un mic dejun usurel.

Am facut rapid un smoothie din 125 gr nectarine si 125 gr pepene galben


Am sfaramat 4 biscuiti belvita breakfast cereale si lapte


si am adaugat peste ei smoothie-ul
