Ma intreba nu demult cineva ce-mi mai face pantuta de wasabi. Ei bine, ea a trecut cu brio iarna, si acum a inceput sa scoata frunze noi. Temperatura in balcon nu a coborat sub inghet, de fapt doar catva zile a fost sub 5 grade. Nu stiu daca asta a fost de ajutor sau ar fi rezistat si la mai putin, insa a fost verde toata iarna, fara a-si pierde macar o frunza. Asa arata in toamna iar acum arata cum il vedeti.

Not too long ago somebody asked me how my wasabi plant doing. Well, it did passed the winter bravely and started to put up new leaves. The temperature in my balcony did not passed under the freezing level, actually only few days it was under 5 Celsius degrees. I don’t know if this helped or it would have survived to lower temperatures, but it stood green all winter, without even loosing one single leave. This is how it looked in the autumn and this is how it looks now.
