Pizza repede :)

Cateodata am chef de pizza insa nu am rabdare pana se framanta si dospeste aluatul asa ca fac mereu experimente. Azi pizza pe repede inainte 🙂

Am facut un aluat de chec (fara zahar bineinteles): oua, faina, lapte si ulei. L-am intins subtire in tava de la aragaz pe o foaie de silicon. L-am decorat cu branza, salam si sunca si l-am pus 15 minute la cuptor. Gata pizza.

A iesit o pizza delicioasa cu blat subtire si usor crocant – un mic dejun intarziat 🙂
